decent stay but needs improvement
The location was convenient for exploring the area. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which had soft cotton sheets that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. The lobby created a welcoming atmosphere with cozy seating for enjoyable conversations.
The breakfast selection was insufficient and inconsistent.

My stay was an absolute dissapointment. The bathroom door couldn't even open fully, and breakfast was a disaster with a grotesque oatmeal sludge. A complimentary upgrade would have made up for my misery, but heaven forbid they treat me any different, right? I almost gave this a good review, but just couldn't!

The lobby's atmosphere feels welcoming with comfortable seating areas, perfect for late-night chats. Rooms offer decent temperature control, making for a cozy stay.
The pool was unexpectedly closed during my stay, a huge letdown given the online descriptions highlighting it as a family-friendly area. Our room had some issues. the bathroom door didn’t open fully, definitely not ideal for an accessible room. Additionally, the breakfast spread left much to be desired, with limited options and a messy waffle batter dispenser that made preparing breakfast a hassle.

The location was good. Oatmeal and breakfast potatoes were very good, but the breakfast overall fell short. The waffles batter dispenser was clogged, the oatmeal had a strange consistency, and there wasn’t any yogurt or fruit available. The bed and facilities felt outdated and needed better maintenance, especially the dining chairs that were cracked. I struggled with the air conditioning unit. it was noisy and didn’t keep the room cool. On our second evening, the fire alarm went off for apparently no reason, leading to an unexpected evacuation. I expected more from the Hampton brand, especially considering I had good experiences at other locations. Despite the room problems, the staff did their best to help but seemed overwhelmed. There was also a note about towels only being available upon request, which felt a bit surprising. Overall, there were significant improvements needed in the upkeep and dining options for a better experience.

Comfortable stay with a tasty breakfast
I recently spent two nights in a King Room with Accessible Tub and appreciated the spacious accommodations and comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was quite enjoyable, featuring a variety of hot items, including oatmeal and breakfast potatoes that really hit the spot. One area for improvement would be offering a wider range of options during breakfast to cater to different tastes.
